Independent service provider

Aquafresh RO Service is an independent third-party multi-brand service provider. We are not an authorised service centre or official partner of any other brand.

Service requests

A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment. Serviceability, timing and applicable visit charges must be confirmed separately.

Diagnosis and approval

The technician may inspect the purifier and recommend work. Chargeable repair or part replacement should proceed only after the customer approves the estimate.

Parts and warranty

Part availability, specifications, pricing and any applicable warranty are disclosed for the specific job. Warranty coverage, where offered, is limited to the terms recorded on the invoice or service record.

Customer responsibility

The customer should provide safe access to the purifier, accurate issue details and a suitable water and power connection where relevant.
