Important AMC conditions
Common terms
- AMC validity is 365 days from activation date.
- AMC starts after technician inspection and activation.
- The RO must be in working condition at activation.
- Final eligibility depends on RO condition, water quality, usage and invoice terms.
Covered-part visits
- Additional visits may be used for an eligible covered-part requirement.
- Replacement is adjusted against the applicable plan entitlement.
- Every replacement requires inspection and a recorded technical requirement.
- Unused entitlements are not automatic replacements.
Dirty-water benefit
- Available only in Diamond AMC for 1 occurrence.
- May include sediment, carbon, membrane and spun when technically required.
- Subject to inspection and the recorded contamination-related requirement.
Common exclusions
- Sensors, LED displays and PCB boards.
- Plastic housings and external physical damage, except expressly covered Diamond items.
- Installation and reinstallation are chargeable in every plan.
- Branded/OEM/designer cabinet, tank, faucet or body parts are not included.
60-day service warranty
A 60-day service warranty applies only to the same service issue and the work recorded during the eligible visit. It does not extend AMC validity or provide fresh coverage after AMC expiry.
