Dirty or foul-smelling source-water exclusion
The filter and membrane warranty will not apply where the purifier receives foul-smelling, visibly dirty, muddy, sewage-mixed, oily, chemically contaminated or otherwise abnormal source water. Damage, blockage, odour or reduced performance caused by contaminated feed water is not treated as a product defect.
If the source water is normal but the purified water develops an unusual smell, taste or performance issue during the warranty period, the complaint may be inspected under warranty. Final eligibility depends on diagnosis.
Other common exclusions
- Excessive sediment, iron, hardness, scaling or chemical contamination
- Normal clogging, exhaustion or reduction in consumable life
- Feed-water source or quality changes, insufficient pressure or unsuitable configuration
- Voltage fluctuation, short circuit, water entering electrical parts or dry running
- Misuse, accidental damage, third-party repair, relocation or transportation damage
Claim conditions: Warranty starts from the invoice date and requires the original invoice or digital service record plus inspection of the affected part. Warranty does not extend to the complete purifier or another existing component. Any applicable visit charge is disclosed while booking.
